One of the most unique event that takes place in Providence is the Water Fire. The Water Fire takes place between the Summer till the end of Fall. It happens every other week along the Providence River. When the sun sets, the river would be light up by torches that float on top of the river. The view is absolutely amazing! There would be gondolas rowing on the river while soft music broadcast along the riverbank. The atmosphere is very similar to Venice. Night market would also take place over the bridge that leads to College Street. I love the desserts sold at the night market, specially the angel sponge. Yummy!!!
