Let me take a moment of your time to tell you about a very "DEAR FRIEND" of mine and ask you to Please take time to pray for her. Her name is Connie Lee. Connie suffers from a disease called Huntington’s. Now you might ask, "What is Huntington’s?" Well, Huntington’s disease is an inherited, neuromuscular disorder. It affects the central nervous system and in time leads to death as the body functions slowly begin to deteriorate. An estimated 30,000 Americans are presently effected by this disease. Unfortunately, presently there is no known cure. The onset of this disease generally is not present in age until the mid to late thirties. Connie is one of three siblings that inherited the disease. Sadly the other two have already passed away as a result. Connie is in need of your prayers desperately. Connie is the mother of two wonderful boys, Jonathan and Jessie. Also she has a niece Leann and a nephew Kenny. They all have a 50% chance of inheriting this gene. So please pray for Connie and her family, for strength and hope that there will soon be a cure.
