This page is dedicated to discovering the web's worst constructed webpages (except for mine, of course) and rewarding them for their careful time in bringing our browsers to their knees. For those of you out there with webpages of your very own, but wonder if you could win this award, Here's a list of criteria that I use to rate bad webpages:
- The use of more than 5 animated gifs that repeat infinitely
- Horribly annoying music in the background (or better yet, 2MB .wav files that play endlessly)
- ANIMATED GIF BACKGROUNDS! (Worst thing explorer ever did was allow that...)
- unreadable text
- poorly sized pictures
- poorly constructed java applications
- Improperly aligning text against pictures
- Using your face as the background for any or all of your pages
- any thing else that would slow down the loading of a page

Now, here's what happens when you submit a site to me. When I receive the mail, I take a look at the two websites that were given to me. If indeed this page is worthy of the award, I shall give unto you the almighty Web Whistleblower award! (The Image on the left will be given to you in honour of the good work you have done for the world) For the person, they receive the Second award, namely The World's Most Obnoxious Webpage Award. I ask that you prominently show off your award, showing all the world that you are helping to root out the nasty webpages. Below are the two awards as they currently appear.
