Tuna Chowder

Metric Measurements
600ml milk
medium sized can tuna (180g)
250g diced raw vegetables
(potatoes, onions, peas, etc)
30g butter
pepper and salt
chopped parsley
Imperial Measurements
1pt milk
medium sized can tuna (7oz)
8oz diced raw vegetables
(potatoes, onions, peas, etc)
1oz butter
pepper and salt
chopped parsley
Method
Put the milk and diced raw vegetables into a saucepan. Bring almost to the boil and simmer for about 15 minutes. add the tuna, butter, seasoning, and parsley, and heat gently for a few minutes.
Serve hot, with toast or crumpets.
GOOD TO EAT AS A LIGHT LUNCH.
