This drink is very similiar to the Screwdriver (orange juice with vodka). The only difference is that to this drink you add a little galiano. Personally I like this one much better as it has much more flavour.
There's a myth about how this one got it's name. There used to be a surfer called Harvey somewhere, who used to come to the bar straight from the beach, bang his surfboard against the wall and ask for this drink.
