Aslamiulaikum Brothers and sisters. I have got a question. I at the moment am wearing a Hijab, i needed to ask if the Jilbab is also fard. By this i mean the long floaty dress. I am studying islam and some of the litertature does say that the jilbab is fard and some literature and books say that as long as you are wearing baggy clothes it doesn't matter. I was very interested in your story and how you became a muslim. I have a friend who is very interested in Islam, but is finding it difficult to convert. She prays(Al Hamdu Lillah) and does and follows many Islamic practices, but more importantly, she believes. I can't exactly figure out what is keeping her,and I cant completely understand. I was hoping maybe you can give me some a vice or even maybe some of your experiences that might be able to help her. I'm really scared because I see that the longer she's taking, the farther away she is getting from Islam. Like I said...I'm not sure what to say or even how to say it. As-Salamu ala mannitab al hudaa! Reviewing your page I founds some very enlightening sources. I do however have a problem with your Wahhabism. If you are going to enlighten the muslims concerning these groups, at least be just about it. If you know anything about the Salaf then I am sure you would not have that filth on your Islamic Site. If you are interested in the true dawah of the salaf then you should check the authentic sources and not rely on groups against them like the Naqshabandiyyah Soofees. Honestly ask yourself, was Muhammad bn Abdullah (pbuh) a Naqshabandee? Was Abu Bakr and Umar and Uthmaan and Ali Soofees? If not then I suggest you do a bit more research before you slander that man Abdul Wahhab who is actually his father and not him. In fact to call someone a Wahhabi is to blaspheme one of Allah's Names. I advise you and myself to fear Allah and desist from this eveil name calling and lying on the Ulema of the past. You have called your Main start page "God is the greatest", wouldn't it be better to say "Allah is the greatest" or better yet "Allahu Akbar" On your page "Hijabees", the second sentence in the first paragraph reads "I try to get deeply into the subject......", it should be phrased "I try to get deep into the subject...."
