Barbeque Meatloaf

Metric Measurements
500g Sausage Meat
500g Mince Steak
250ml breadcrumbs
2 chopped onions
1 egg
10ml dessertspoon curry powder
125ml water
125ml milk
salt and pepper
Sauce
125ml water
125ml worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
125ml brown sugar
125ml ketchup
5ml instant coffee
30ml lemon juice
30g butter
Imperial Measurements
1 lb Sausage Meat
1 lb Mince Steak
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 chopped onions
1 egg
1 dessertspoon curry powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper
Sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 oz butter
Method
Mix all ingredients, then place into a large baking dish. Pat into a loaf shape with flour. Bake 30 minutes at 180 degrees celsius (375 degrees fahrenheit). Make sauce, pour over, cook a further 40-45 minutes. Baste frequently.
Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
GOOD TO EAT AS A BAKED DINNER, OR CAN BE SERVED COLD WITH SALAD. ALSO MAKES A GREAT SANDWICH FILLING.
