She does each day
To brighten up our lives.
The hugs, the kisses, and the smiles
That show how much she cares.
The ways she taught us
Right from wrong
And how to care for others,
By setting an example
Each day, for us to follow.
And so we set aside this day
To let her know we care,
And that the love
She brought to us
Means more than we can show.
