Metric Measurements 1500ml natural bran 750ml rolled oats 250ml raw sugar 190ml oil 190ml coconut 190ml honey 125g packet crushed nuts |
Imperial Measurements 6 cups natural bran 3 cups rolled oats 1 cup raw sugar 3/4 cup oil 3/4 cup coconut 3/4 cup honey 4oz packet crushed nuts |

Method Mix ingredients thoroughly. Spread in a large baking dish and cool 1/2 hour at 300 deg F (150 deg C), turning frequently. When cool, store in an airtight container. |
