Spanish Sausages

Metric Measurements
750g sausages (par-boiled and sliced)
1 onion, chopped
1 capsicum, chopped
1 packet thick vegetable soup
125ml tomato sauce
600ml water
Imperial Measurements
1 1/2 lb sausages (par-boiled and sliced)
1 onion, chopped
1 pepper, chopped
1 packet thick vegetable soup
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 pt water
Method
Fry the onion and capsicum then add tomato sauce and 600ml water. Add the packet soup mix. Bring to the boil, stirring. Add the sausages. When it returns to the boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
SERVE WITH BOILED RICE.
