Tuna Chowder

Metric Measurements 600ml milk medium sized can tuna (180g) 250g diced raw vegetables (potatoes, onions, peas, etc) 30g butter pepper and salt chopped parsley  | 
Imperial Measurements 1pt milk medium sized can tuna (7oz) 8oz diced raw vegetables (potatoes, onions, peas, etc) 1oz butter pepper and salt chopped parsley  |

Method Put the milk and diced raw vegetables into a saucepan. Bring almost to the boil and simmer for about 15 minutes. add the tuna, butter, seasoning, and parsley, and heat gently for a few minutes. Serve hot, with toast or crumpets.  |
