The Amazon Forest
Forget about that wrong idea that the Amazon Forest is Tarzan's home or that there are milions of naked indians walking through it...Nowadays almost all of the aboriginals of Amazon Forest wears shorts Adidas, speak portuguese and are used to many others white man'stuff. Of course still there are some but nothing compared with the time before the civilized man comes into the jungle and bring diseases and the dammed money. So we have to give thanks to the clever but stupid "modern Homo sapiens", who destroyed all the aboriginal's culture and soon all the forest.(I'm luck to be a dolphin and not one of those people...)

The Amazon forest is the bigest tropical forest in the world and a unique
territory because of the amazing quantity and variety of species of plants,
animals and insects. Its size is equivalent as 14 Germanys and 20 Englands!!!
The temperature in the summer can get 42 celsius!!! In Manaus, next to
Amazon can be 50 celsius!!! It rains all the year long...that's why some
people call it Rain Forest...heheh...what an amazing discovery huh?
The quantity of species is unsurpassable, but there are few specimen of
each specie...in simple words: the danger of extinction is constant...not
only from animals but plants and insects are in dangerous too...
When the Solimões River and the Negro River get together a very
interesting fact hapens; their water don't get together...that's because
of the different compositions of them...
