DIRECTIONS:

From The Woodlands, Houston and other points South: Take I-45 north through Conroe to Exit # 92. Turn left (west) on FM 830 and cross over I-45. Go approximately five miles to Seven Coves entrance on left (at red & white lighthouse). Follow Kingston Cove Lane through the subdivision and past the marina to Seven Coves Resort and the Southern Empress Paddlewheeler entrance.

From Huntsville, Dallas and other points North: Take I-45 south through Willis to Exit # 92. Turn right (west) on FM 830. Go approximately five miles to Seven Coves entrance on left (at red & white lighthouse). Follow Kingston Cove Lane through the subdivision and past the marina to Seven Coves Resort and the Southern Empress Paddlewheeler entrance.
