This is a local San Diego motorcycle group that I ride with. A great group of people who all are dedicated to their bikes!! Click on the Logo to go to the club's site

Now thats pure speed baby, crusin' at triple digits!!!

How ya Like my 93' Ninja/ZX-6! This is one great bike. It has a aftermarket D & D exhaust, thats chrome all the way to the head and the carb has been jetted. In third gear this baby will pull you off the bike!!!!!

Very well secured!!

Unfortunatly, I do not have a garage yet, so this poor sweet bike must spend it's day outside. A bike cover keeps the dirt and dust off. A wheel lock, connected to a large bike lock that is around the fence post ensures I see her every afternoon.

My heart is broken..
Wow, what can I say. I'm fine, just a little scratch on the right arm and a few bumps and bruises. Well, all day we were out racing, hanging corners at 80 and 90 without problems, then comes the easy, low speed corner, 55MPH and for some reason I couldn't hang it. I was pulling wide and into on-comming traffic. Well I had to ditch hard left and go around a toyota that was comming head on with me, hit the shoulder and tried to keep it straight but lost it and took a fence and a 4X4 post with me. The really bad thing is that if I had pushed it harder I could have made the bike follow that right handed turn, of if there was no car, I would have been fine, I was only about a foot wide, lots of stupidity!!!!!!! Well we will have to see what the insurance says, I hope they can bring her back to life!!!!

Lessons Learned:

  1. Always know the track, no matter how bad you want to ride!!!
  2. Always wear all your gear!
  3. Spend the extra money on frame sliders and steel braided brake and clutch lines!
Well just to let you know, I did get her back about a month later from the shop. She is doing fine and looks like new again. She is undergoing a few mods that will include Intuitive frame and bar sliders, a few Carbon Fiber add on's and a few other things, chack back soon and I hope to have made the changes and will post pics here
