(CNN) -- The following is a list of the 19 men identified by U.S. investigators
as the suspected hijackers aboard the four airliners that crashed September
11, 2001, into the World Trade Center in New York, the Pentagon, and Stony
Creek Township, Pennsylvania.
Authorities noted that the names used by the suspects may have been stolen
identities.
• Possible confused identity with the son of a Saudi Arabian diplomat • Possibly lived in Florida and Virginia • Possibly was a pilot • Stayed in Newton, Massachusetts, the night before the plane crash • Seated near Atta and Alomari on the plane • Used a rented address in Hollywood, Florida, when ordering his plane ticket

• Possibly lived in Delray Beach, Florida • Bought plane ticket on August 29 using a Mailboxes Etc. address • On plane, sat in seat 2A adjacent to Mohand Alshehri
• Lived in Florida • May have lived in Virginia • Lost his driver's license in 1995 for failing to pay a traffic fine • Bought plane ticket on August 29 through the Internet using a Mailboxes Etc. address • Saudi newspapers report that he lived in the Baha region of Saudi Arabia
• Lived in Florida • Used a Mailboxes Etc. address to obtain a driver's license • Bought plane ticket on August 29 through the Internet using a Mailboxes Etc.address • Purchased adjacent seat to Ahmed Alghamdi for the flight
• Saudi Embassy has named Alshehri as a victim of mistaken identity • The hijacking suspect was issued a Florida identification card on July 2, 2001 • Possibly lived in Florida • On plane, sat in seat 2B adjacent to Fayez Banihammad
• May be an assumed name; there are reports he is still alive • Lived in Parkwood Apartments, San Diego, with Nawaf Alhamzi • Booked his ticket for Flight 77 via the American Airlines Web site;, paid cash when picking up the ticket at Baltimore/Washington International Airport on September 5
