Canon EOS 500, Sigma 70-200f/2.8 EX HSM APO, handheld. Fujichrome Sensia RD, scanned using a Canon CanonScan 2700F, and then saving it as Jpeg format to reduce file size (and quality unfortunately). It was quite windy that day, and the waves were splashing against the rocks in the small harbour of Nyon. I'd never really tried 'freezing' water using a high shutter speed, so this was my chance. The light was also very nice, because of the high contrast between the water splashing and the lake and the rocks-a very nice effect. It's a pity that you can't see the original slide for yourself-you can really see how sharp and contrasty the new Sigma 70-200f/2.8 lens is, much sharper than anything I've ever used before.
