Nick and Tara spent two beautiful weeks in Hawaii celebrating their marriage on their honeymoon. When they arrived back in Florida, Nick and the Backstreet Boys continued working on their third album, which was due out soon.
Karine's band Mystery was busy working on their first album, which was to be released in January! Mystery was very grateful to AJ for all of his help with their album.
Today was January 9, the day of Mystery's first album released in stores, and also AJ's birthday. Mystery decided to spend a few hours early afternoon at the local music store in Orlando, to sign autographs for the fans who came in and bought their CD, or anyone else who wanted their autographs. Backstreet Boys decided to make an appearance there also, unexpected of course, to help advertise Mystery's album.
"Thanks for coming everyone! I want you to check out this cool band, their name is Mystery! Today is a big day for them, its the release of their first album! Us Backstreet Boys are real big fans of Mystery, and we wish them much success!!" AJ said happily, and then he hugged Karine. Fans grabbed Mystery's CD's and paid for them, then got Mystery to sign it for them.
Nick wasnt with the Backstreet Boys, because he wanted to come with Tara, who wanted to see her best friend on her big day. At about 1:30, Nick came in with Tara, who was very visible that she was pregnant. Tara was 6 months pregnant, and she was starting to get really big. The pregnancy was a bit noticeable before, but it really started to show after the fifth month, and was very noticeable now. Nick walked in with Tara, and picked up a copy of Mystery's CD, and bought it, then walked up to Karine.
"AHHH oh my god!! Look at you!!!" Karine said all excited, she hasnt seen Tara in a few weeks, because of the mini tours Mystery had been on, and she has been busy with the release of Mysterys album. Karine stood up from the table and ran over to Tara and hugged her, smiling at Nick.
"Girl!!! Look at you!!"Karine said, looking down at Taras pregnant belly.
"Karine!! Im soo happy for you!!" Tara said happily, hugging Karine back.
"Thanks!! Girl, You grew soo fast!!" Karine exclaimed, smiling at Tara. "How are you feeling?" Karine asked.
"Tired!" Tara said, then laughed a bit.
Karine cleared a way and make a chair free for Tara to sit down on, Nick sat beside Tara.
"Three more months left eh?" Karine asked.
"Yup! and Im yet to get bigger, the doctor said!" Tara said. "Im not going to look forward to that!!!" Tara laughed again.
"IM soo excited!!!" Karine said.
"Oh i have something to ask you..." Tara started ".. I was wondering if you would like to be the babys Godmother!".
"Of course!!" Karine said happily. "Hey, are you guys coming to AJ's birthday party tonight?" Karine asked Nick.
"Yeah, we cant stay late tho. I want Tara to get lots of rest!!!" Nick said.
"Nicks too overprotective of me!" Tara said, smiling at Nick.
"I dont want anything to happen to you, Tara! I love you!" Nick said and then he gave her a kiss.
"We'll be there, 6 right?" Tara asked.
"yup!!" Karine replied. Nick and Tara left the store, and then went shopping for awhile, then returned back home.
At about 3pm, Mystery left the music store and went home also. Arriving back at AJ's house, Karine told him to get ready for his birthday party, which was at some private club that night in Orlando. Karine and AJ had a shower together, and then at 5:30, they left for the club.
When Karine and AJ arrived at the club, there was about 150 people there, a very private party. All of AJ's family was there, his friends, Kev, D, and Brian with their dates, N SYNC, Mystery, Lou and others. Supper was served at 6pm, followed by cake at about 8, then the dance club started up at 9. Nick and Tara stayed until about 11:00, and then Tara was getting tired, so Nick took her home and they went to bed.
That night there was a huge storm outside, the weather was calling for severe thunderstorms with lightning.
Karine and AJ left the club at about 2am, and went back to their house. The power was out by the time they got home, and so AJ and Karine lit candles around their bedroom. Karine and AJ started kissing in their bedroom, and then AJ laid Karine down on the bed.
"I'm soo proud of you, Karine" AJ said.
"Hey! Mystery couldnt have done it without your help! You helped us a great deal!" Karine said, caressing AJ's back.
"No, you would have! You've guys got it goin on!" AJ said, and then he kissed Karine. "I had a great time at my party tonight, too!" AJ said.
"So did I!" Karine said.
"But, I was thinking we could have a private party here, just the two of us.. what do you say?" Karine suggested, and then she took off his shirt.
AJ grinned at Karine, and then he took off her shirt and kissed her all over. Karine took off AJ's baggy pants, and then he took off hers.
"I love you Alex" Karine said.
"I love you too, K!!" AJ replied.
"oh wait! I almost forgot!!!" Karine said, and then she grabbed a box from the side of the bed.
"Happy birthday" Karine said, and then she kissed AJ's chin.
AJ opened the box and saw a watch, with his name and hers, inscribed on the back.
"Oh K! I love it!!" AJ said, and then he gave Karine a kiss and a hug. AJ put the watch on the table next to the bed, and then climbed ontop of Karine.
"oh, just a sec" AJ said, grabbing his protection out of the drawer of the table.
AJ put it on, and then he started to kiss Karine passionately once again, removing her under clothes, and then made love to her for the next hour. AJ was excited to know he was making Karine fully excited, while he himself was very excited also. During lovemaking, AJ would get these funny expressions on his face, and sometimes he would scrunch his face up a bit, and turn a little red, while letting out little moans.
After making love, AJ had to go to the bathroom, so he got up and went into the bathroom with a flashlight. After coming back out, he had a very worried look on his face. Karine was lying in bed, waiting for AJ to return.
"I missed you, Alex!" Karine said, not knowing anything was wrong. As AJ moved closer to Karine, she saw that his expression on his face wasnt that good.
"AJ? Is something wrong?" Karine said, starting to worry.
"OH yeah" AJ said, then he looked at Karine.
"K.. when I went into the bathroom, I noticed something, something really bad" AJ said.
"Well.. what was it?" Karine asked.
"it broke!" AJ replied.
"What broke?" Karine asked.
"The condom! it broke!!!" AJ said, raising his voice a bit, sounding a little worried.
"Well maybe it broke afterwards!" Karine said, trying to sound positive.
"We cant be sure, though... It could have happened DURING" AJ said, then he looked down and started to get a bit worried.
"AJ, im sure things will be fine! I mean, its only one time.. and yeah i know, it only takes one time to happen, but its not the right time of the month for me to get pregnant.. " karine said.
"Are you sure???" AJ asked, looking a bit relieved after Karine said that.
"Yeah, Im sure!! I havent ovulated yet.. usually girls become pregnant when they have unprotected sex around ovulation time" Karine said.
"oh, ok.. are you sure tho?" AJ asked for reassurance.
"Yeah, im sure!" Karine said, and then AJ put on his boxers, and they went to sleep.
