Two days passed, and it was the last full day of camp, with the last night. The next day, Tara, Karine, Laura and LeeAnna would on the ground.
"Of course!!" Laura exclaimed. Laura gave Lance her number, address and email so he could contact her whenever he wanted to.
"you'll be hearing from me!" Lance said, as he smiled at Laura.
Justin and LeeAnna went swimming at the lake together. LeeAnna splashed the cold lake water at Justin, who in turn, splashed be heading back to their own homes, while Nick and AJ went back on tour with the Backstreet Boys, and Lance and Justin went back on tour with N SYNC.
Lance and Laura went for a walk together, and Lance bought her some ice cream.
"The last two weeks were alot of fun!" Laura said to Lance.
"yeah I know! It was soo nice to get away from the constant screaming of real life! And now its time to go back! I dont want to go back" Lance said.
"Me neither" Laura said.
"Can I call you?" Lance asked Laura, looking up at her while he sat water back at her! Coming out of the water, Justin wrapped LeeAnna in a towel so she could get warm.
"LeeAnna, do you think I could see you again? Like, when I come to Canada?" Justin asked.
LeeAnna smiled and told him that she would love to see him again.
Nick took Tara into town, where they went for a nice dinner, and then caught a movie at the Theatre. They saw the movie Armageddon, because Tara loves that movie, and Nick had wanted to see it for the longest time! After the movie, Nick and Tara drove around, and parked at one of the lakes.
Nick turned on the radio, and his fav song by Journey was playing. Nick put his arm around Tara, and Tara put her head on his shoulder. Tara leaned up and gave Nick a kiss on his lips, and Nick gave her a long, romantic kiss back, while holding her close to him. Fifteen minutes later, they stopped kissing for a bit and talked.
"I dont want you to go" Nick said. "We just started our relationship! I dont want to leave you".
"I dont want to leave you, either!" Tara said, touching Nicks face with her hands.
"What are we going to do?" Nick said, looking down at the floor.
"I dont know" Tara said sadly, she didnt want to be away from Nick.
"Well, one thing I know for sure, Im not going to give up! People always say that communication is a key factor in a relationship, and so I will make sure that we get to talk all the time, even if we cant see eachother face to face" Nick said.
"Me too!! Im definetly not going to give up, I like you soo much!" Tara said. Nick gave Tara a kiss on her forehead, and then on her lips.
"We WILL get to see eachother! I'll make sure of it! When I come to Canada, you'll be the first person I will see and you can come hang with me and the rest of the boys! When I'm off, you can come stay with me and my family in Florida!" Nick said happily.
"Id really like that!" Tara said, smiling up at Nick.
"You know what?" Nick said, looking out at the lake.
"what?"
"Ive always fantasized about being out on the beach with a pretty girl, but this lake is even better, and being here with you makes my dream come true" Nick said. Tara hugged Nick and then gave him a kiss again.
Nick and Tara kissed for a longer while, and then headed back to camp.
While Nick and Tara were out in town that evening, AJ took Karine out to the beach. AJ sat Karine down in the canoe, and then he sat down and started to paddle out.
When Karine and AJ arrived back at camp, they went to sleep, each in their own tents since AJ's was dry. AJ gave Karine a good night kiss, then retreated back to his own tent.
Nick and Tara were the last ones to arrive back at camp. Nick walked with Tara to the bathrooms to make sure nothing happened to her in the blackness of the park. When they got back, Nick lied down on the lawn chair, and Tara sat at the end.
"AJ, maybe this isnt a good idea! Its night time, and its kind of cold out! WHat if you tip it?" Karine said, remembering the last time that AJ tipped the canoe.
"I wont tip it" AJ assured Karine, and then he paddled on. AJ paddled out to the island, the same island that everyone ate at the previous week. The very same island, when Karine and AJ first had a good conversation.
AJ grabbed Karines hand and helped her out of the canoe, and then sat down on a big rock along shore. They sat there for awhile, skipping stones along the water, Karine was trying to show AJ how to do it.
AJ cleared his throat, and then looked at Karine, who was smiling at him.
"I love the GAP!" AJ smiled.
"SO, where does your tour start?" Karine asked, bringing up the Backstreet Boys tour that was going to happen in a few days.
"Sweden, then we're going to Europe, and Germany for a few months" AJ said.
"Do you like going overseas?" Karine asked.
"Yeah, I like to see the world, but you know, its always nice to be home" AJ said.
AJ reached for Karines hand, and held it, rubbing his fingers over hers.
"You know, I'm going to miss you when I am away" AJ seriously said to Karine, looking into her eyes.
"Oh Alex! I'm going to miss you soo much also!" Karine said sadly.
AJ reached his other hand and softly touched Karines chin, and then looked into her eyes. AJ leaned in, and gave Karine a kiss on the cheek. When he pulled away, he noticed that Karine hadnt pulled back, so he leaned in once again, and this time, kissed Karine on the lips. It was a soft, sensuous first kiss that made Karine feel really nice. After the kiss was finished, Karine smiled at AJ, and then gave him a long hug.
"Going to bed?" Tara said quietly to Nick.
"Think it would be too cold to sleep out here?" Nick asked.
"hmm, not tonight! Its not supposed to rain, so it should be warmer than the past few nights." Tara said to Nick.
Nick stretched out his arms, and opened them for Tara to come to him. Tara lied down on the lawn chair also, in Nicks arms, with her arms around his waist. They fell asleep like that, for it was their last night together before everyone went home.
