The next morning, the girls packed up their tents, and the dining shelter, and loaded everything into their car. After they were finished, they helped the boys set down their site, and packed everything into AJ and Lance's cars.
"Looks like its time to go" Nick said to Tara, holding both of her hands. At that moment, Nick started to sing.
"Every moment spent with you is a moment i treasure!! Dont wanna close my eyes, dont wanna fall asleep Cuz id miss you baby and i dont wanna miss a thing!!" Nick sang sweetly to Tara, holding her close. Nick kissed Tara sweetly for a few minutes.
AJ gave Karine a kiss and then a hug.
After a few minutes, everyone got into their cars, and left camp. The boys followed the girls all the way to the TORONTO airport, where they were catching their plane. The girls decided to go to the airport with the boys to watch them leave. Before catching their plane, Nick kept kissing Tara, and AJ and Karine kissed a few times.
"We'll be back" AJ said, assuring Karine he will see her again.
"I'll call you tonight" Nick said to Tara.
Nick gave Tara another kiss. "I'll wait for you! Your my girlfriend, and, I.. really like you" Nick managed to say. He wanted to say the words I LOVE YOU, but he figured it would be to soon to say them. The boys boarded their plane, and then they left to Florida. The girls returned to their car, and drove the rest of the way home.
AJ kept in touch with Karine all the time. He called her about 4 times a week, AJ just loves to talk! AJ and Karine saw eachother when Backstreet Boys came to Montreal, and AJ even flew Karine out to Florida for a birthday bash of his! Over the months since camp till about may, AJ and Karine became really close, and dated only eachother. AJ stayed faithful to Karine because he really liked her, and they were really good for eachother. Karine's band started to get good recognition, and had a meeting with a record company. AJ came with Karine to the meeting to support her and Mystery, her band.
Nick called Tara almost every day, because he missed her soo much! Nick flew out to Taras house for the Canadian Thanksgiving, and had dinner with her and her family! Over Christmas break, Nick flew Tara out to his house, so she could spend Christmas vacation with him. In January, Tara came to FLorida again for AJs birthday bash, and later that month for Nicks birthday party. On March Break, Nick stayed at Taras house for the week. In June, Nick flew Tara to florida, for a surprise birthday party for her! The party was held at the Carter household, with the help of Nicks parents. Nicks family really liked Tara, and Tara liked them too!
"That was soo sweet of you to do" Tara said to Nick, sitting outback by his pool after all the guests left the party.
Nick looked into Taras eyes, and felt that it was time to tell her taht he loved her.
"Im soo glad that I get to see you alot" Nick said.
"Oh me too! I really love being with you" Tara smiled at Nick.
"Tara, I have a present for you, for your birthday, and also for another reason" Nick said, and then he pulled a long box out of his backpack. Nick passed the box over to Tara, and Tara opened the box. Inside, a gold bracelet was in there. Tara lifted up the bracelet in awe.
"Look, theres an inscription" Nick said, as he pointed to the front of the bracelet.
Tara, I Love You, Nick was inscribed on the bracelet. Tara looked up at Nick, who was looking at her.
"I love you, Tara" Nick said.
"I love you too, Nick!" Tara said, and then she wrapped her arms around Nicks neck and gave him a kiss.
Nick put the bracelet on Taras wrist, and then kissed it.
"Hey you know what? I was thinking.." Nick started to say "Want to go camping next month? Like we did last year? I mean, next month, the Backstreet Boys have a few weeks off.. so I was thinking maybe we could go camping, like, you and me, AJ and Karine! What do you say?" Nick said.
"Thats a great idea Nick!" Tara said happily.
"Just remember, this time put your tent on a high ground area!" Tara joked around.
"I got to share a tent with you cuz of that!" Nick said smiling at Tara.
"True, ok, put it on low ground again then!" Tara joked. Nick gave her a kiss, and then they went inside to help Nicks parents clean up from the party.
When Karine got back to AJ's house, she stayed in the guestroom, where she usually stayed when she was in Florida visiting AJ. While watching TV that night, AJ asked Karine about camping.
"You know, Nick and I were talking, and we were wondering if you and Tara wanted to come camping with us next month"
"Id love to!" Karine said.
"Yeah, you know, its been a year since we met at camp!!! Time went by real fast!" AJ said, and then he put his arm around Karine.
"Yeah i know, that means our one year anniversarys coming up!" Karine said excited.
"Yup! And Thats why we're going camping! To spent our first anniversary at the place where we first met" AJ said.
"It was Nicks and My idea, since we both started relationships with you and Tara on the same day, we thought it would be cool to go camping again for our one year anniversary with you girls" AJ added. Karine gave AJ a kiss, and then they lied down on the couch and JUST kissed for awhile.
Over the next month, the boys made plans for the next Algonquin park trip, which was to be in July, just like last year. The boys planned the trip around their anniversary. Their anniversary with Tara and Karine was July 21, so they planned camp for July 16-30, two weeks of vacation, just like last time.
