"WAKE UP SHORTY" Nick announced really loudly. He had barged into Tara's room early the next morning, which was Christmas Day.
"ahhhh... what is it?" Tara asked, forgetting it was Christmas morning.
"Its time to wake up and open presents" Nick announced.
"huh? ooh.. yeah!!" Tara said, jumping out of bed.
Nick grabbed Tara's hand and led her downstairs to the livingroom, where their Christmas tree was set up. Tons of presents filled the space under the tree and overflowed on the ground.
"what the... how did.."
"I went shopping" Nick said, with a grin. "and the others are from the other guys, and presents from our families"
"oh my god" Tara said, looking at all the presents.
"Look, I even had your mom send me your stocking.." Nick said, pointing out Tara's red stocking with her name on it.
"thats sweet... thank you" Tara said, smiling over at Nick. He really had outdone himself this time.
"Well.. lets start opening up presents!" Nick said, and took a seat on the floor. Tara sat down across from him and searched through the presents, half of them were for her.
Tara grabbed a first present which was to her from Karine, Nick grabbed the one from AJ.
Many presents later, and about two hours later, all of the presents were finished, and everything had been unwrapped.
Nick had recieved everything from video games, the new sega system, clothes, CDs, cologne, basketballs, jerseys, and more.
Tara had recieved many new articles of clothing, BSB merchandise, N SYNC merchandise, CD's, money, jewellry, shoes and much more.
"Oh... You have two more presents" Tara said, "I'll be right back".
Tara stood up and went up to her room to go and get the present that she had bought Nick. Nick waited downstairs for her to return.
"Here you go.. here's present number one.." Tara said.
She handed him a beautifully wrapped box that was very light. Nick shook the box, then undid the nicely tied ribbon.
Nick tore through the wrapping paper and opened the box, inside there was another box, a velvett colored one.
Nick took out the velvett box and opened it up. Inside was a necklace, a replica to that of his anchor one, which he had lost awhile ago when a fan stole it off of him.
"Its beautiful" Nick said, holding the anchor in his hand. He held it to his heart.
"Here.. I'll put it on for you.." Tara said, and grabbed the chain. She put the chain around Nicks neck and fastened it in the back.
"What do you think of it?" Tara asked.
"Its amazing... you're amazing.." Nick replied. He leaned in and brushed his lips against her cheek. He didnt want to complicate the moment, yet.
"Im glad you like it!" Tara said, happy that he liked the present. "as for the second.. its not really a material thing.."
"really? what is it?" Nick asked, eyes widening.
"Justin told me about what you said to him... I went over to his house last night. He said that he's going to fight for me also, but to make things fair he says that I should date you at the same time, so that you both have a fair chance"
Nick smiled at Tara at the thought of going on a date with her.
"and since I love both of you... I think you deserve a fair chance also.. so.. if you want to go on a date sometime... we can.."
Nick's smile grew and he flashed her one of those million dollar smiles that makes girls all over the world scream.
Tara smiled back at him, she was glad to see him happy.
"That is the best present that I have ever got" Nick said, and he went over to her and gave her a large hug.
"And you know what I noticed?" Nick said.
"What?" Tara replied.
"You said you love me.. you never told me that before.." Nick said, wrapping his arms around Tara's waist. A chill went up her back.
"Well.. I just did.." Tara replied "Merry Christmas, Nick"
"Merry Christmas to you too" Nick replied, then went forward to give her a romantic kiss.
Nick didnt let this kiss break, and kept his mouth on hers for a long time, running his hands up and down her waist softly, and then started to carress her back.
Tara wrapped her arms around his neck and strong shoulders, and he lifted her up off the ground, carrying her upstairs.
"Nick... what are you doing?" Tara asked, as he carried her upstairs.
"Would you like for me to give you my present?" Nick asked, looking down at Tara into her eyes. She knew what he really meant.
Nick stopped in the middle of the hallway before his bedroom door, and waited for Tara to give him an answer. Tara thought about it quickly and rationally, she loved Nick, she loved Justin, but in all her fantasies and dreams, she had always dreamed of making love to Nick. Her fantasy could come true, but could she do this to Justin? Justin did say for her to start having a relationship with Nick, but how could she do this with Nick, when she had been with Justin way longer and never made love to him?
Tara's heart at that moment told her to say yes.
"yes" Tara replied, and looked at Nick nervously.
Nick finished carrying Tara into his room, kissing her softly.
"Nick..I've never done this.... you know... not even with Justin.."
"Neither have I... with.. any other girl, that is" Nick said "No one has ever made me feel like the way you do, Tara. No one has ever been as special to me as you"
Tara smiled up at Nick and she leaned up to kiss him.
"Not to ruin the moment, but you do know that Im giving you both a fair chance.. right?"
"Yeah, I know that, and I'm taking my chance, Tara. Just because we are going to make love doesnt mean you wont give Justin his fair chance. I mean, hopefully it will make you lean more in the direction of chooseing me. I know you have to give justin a fair chance, and I accept that"
Tara smiled at him. He was soo understanding.
Nick stood Tara up on the floor and shut off his light. The sun was coming through the window anyways for enough illumination.
Nick walked over to his stereo system and put in one of his favourite CD's to set the mood.
Nick took Tara into his arms and started to slow dance with her. He took in the scent of her hair, it smelled soo good to him. He couldn't wait to share himself with her, to give himself to her. He had been waiting soo long, and it was going to happen.
Tara was excited also for the moment, her fantasy finally to come true. She felt a little guilty because she was still technically dating Justin, but she was to date Nick also.
Nick kissed Tara's neck, moving his mouth to her shoulder, slipping the straps from her nightgown down her arms, the rest of her nightgown falling down onto the ground also.
Tara felt a little embarassed because of Nick's stare, he had never seen a girl naked before.
Nick looked down at Tara and smiled, and kissed her on the lips. He took her hands into his, and gently placed them on his boxers. She could feel his hardness and she couldnt believe it. Nick knew he was turning Tara on, and it made him feel good.
Tara moved her hands up and played with the rim of his boxers, Nick helped her remove them off of him.
Tara looked down, and blushed a little bit, feeling a little rude. Nick grinned at her.
"Its okay..." Nick said, pulling Tara close to him for a hug.
"Im kind of scared, Nick" Tara admitted.
"So am I... but.. we'll do this together" Nick said. Nick picked up Tara and carried her to the bed.
"I love you, Tara" Nick said, laying her down ontop of his bed.
"I love you too, Nick.." Tara replied back. Nick crawled ontop of her and positioned himself over her. Tara wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him to her. Nick waited a few minutes before moving his hand down to her private area, exploring her and taking her virginity.
Nick slowly entered Tara, and she winced a little at the feeling of the pain, which turned into pleasure at the same time.
"are you okay?" Nick asked, wanting to be assured he wasnt hurting her.
"yeah, im alright" Tara replied, kissing Nicks shoulder. Nick met his lips with hers and started to kiss her intensely as he thrusted himself into her.
