My experience with friendship is that it never lasts longer than it's expected lifespan. But everyday I'm surprised that I've come to be so close with the members of Drealm. Everytime there is an addition to Drealm, we open up our circle bigger and bigger to let her in....and I've learnt that friendship does exsist even on the net.
*grinz* Someone called me the infamous odette. Oh sheesh, infamous? Yeah, I guess I get into trouble more often than anyone else in Drealm. Well... *blushes furiously* I admit, on most occassions, it's my fault. And on some others, it's due to my busybody character. The two people who have always stood by me, who were tolerent of all the complicated issues I stuck to myself are DSpirit and DLight. Their tolerance makes me feel more guilty!! Sometimes I wonder if Dspirit regrets giving me that email addy, odette@thesitefights.com, but she is like a friend I've never had. We have such a special bond together, and she is so understanding. Sometimes I wish I could grab her from cyberspace and hug her because of the things she says! I try to learn from all mistakes I make, and as a member of Drealm, I represent spirit. I may not have had any time to spread it nowadays with the O'levels, but I diefinately shall make it up to her in December.
DLight is the other person who is more than a friend, but a bigger sister to me *grinz* I guess you could say we've grown closer over the months because we worked together hand in hand in the newsletter. Getting her email lights up my day...hehehe, can you see the connection? DLight's email lights up my day? I remember I got into trouble once, and DLight made excuses for me. I felt so awlful that she would want to take the blame for something I had done wrong!! But of course I told her no way I'm going to take the blame for it. hehehe, somehow these negative problems actually made the three of us closer!!
All of us in Drealm are extremely close to each other. We know what happens in each others lifes and the emails we exchange are totally whacky! *grinz* Actually if one of us leave I'll have this empty feeling that something isn't complete. Like when Meggie left, I felt so strange. She might have been quiet all the time, but still....her presence was felt and appreciated. I just love reading all their emails, in fact a large amount of emails I get are the mass mails that we circulate around Drealm. Now on to the people. Kel, so funny and sweet, she's a really special sister, she is...and she started the zilla craze....LOL, everyone has a zilla name now. One thing I never did know about her was that she can really write!! Her poetry is really wow quality!!
Bowie (DRainbow) is so encouraging and yes, funny. And spirited too, I can see the emails she gives out to the Spirits, wow, I know they loved her more than they loved me *grinz* That's coz they all replied to her....giving her their comments on various issues for the newsletter!! Impressive huh?? More than that!! She's a lady always in my heart.
DRef's special too, I often wonder where her understanding comes from, and she can spot loopholes to a problem as easily as a b c!! And the way she understands the person! She'll always be a lady in my heart too, just like Bowie!!
Molly has a straight forwardness that I've grown fond of, wouldn't trade it for it world. It might have gotten her in trouble last time, but heck, who cares *grinz*
DInspiration and DStarcatcher have just only come into DRealm. I'm getting to know them better day by day. I know that we'll become great friends one day!! I know DInspiration has a new computer and is boasting away about it *grinz* And we're all crazily jealous about it. DStarcatcher loves to catch shooting stars and she won't tell me who she actually is. Hmph~ hehehehe.
