These turtles are perpetually either eating, sleeping or mating. What a wonderful life. It's okay to touch these gentle creatures although any attempt to have them pull you along would be quite traumatic for the poor turtle so DON'T.

    These creatures actually have pretty sad eyes when you get close to them. then again, maybe that's just the way they are.
