Crookwell Gran Biscuits
Ingredients
- 112 g (4 oz) butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 230C (450F).
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla.
- Fold in flour.
- Roll into balls and flatten with a fork dipped in flour.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
