Ontario District Rule 27 reads as follows:
Rule 27
a) Spare engineers will be used for assisting service and delivering engines within Toronto Terminals and will be paid yard rates with yard conditions applying.
It was noticed that on (date and Time), The following (locomotive #s), were transfered from (location in Toronto Terminals), and delivered to (location in Toronto Terminals), by the crew of (train/assignment). The work was performed at the request of (RTC or Company Officer).
The following available spare locomotive engineers : (First out) and (Second out). (If unable to ascertain the identity of the first and second engineers who were runaround, you must enter a ? in the above two text fields)
