It had an MP3 of the Space Twins theme song, something I had ever had a chance to hear before. According to Karl this is what is going on with the Space Twins: Brian has been having songs mixed when he has a chance, not often these days... he said he's putting 3 fully finished and mixed songs on a new cd to try and lure a new label to release the whole album... i guess that means most of the other tracks arent mixed yet... but they are all done recording, i know that for sure. I dont think theyve had a show since the mini post weez tour break in sept/oct. i dont think they will have one till next year, the focus is on the weez these days..." 11/27/00 Heard that the new so-far-untitled album will be debuting before weezer's scheduled album debut of April ... 1st, I think. Well, nothing else new. Paul's site might be up soon, and it looked pretty cool when I found the prototype page. It seems weezer may have finally solved their producer/recording problems, bringing us one step closer to the release of the Space Twins' new album. 09/12/00 Site Update & renovation. Weezer tour makes a small sonic boom amongst the popular music scene. Misreport of Gemm's instability as a Space Twins provider; they finally delivered. 08/08/00 Update I've started a Space Twins message board, please don't trash it. The album is done, recording, that is, and they're in the mixing stage. Brian is (supposedly) shopping for a label, and that's when he has free time. Weezer is on tour and is preparing to record their third album, so time is scarce. (I'll have the TRUE story of what label they'll have, shortly.) 06/02/00 News Break! The album is almost done! The Space Twins' new long-awaited full-length album is near completion. From inside sources comes Music vs. Napster: those who believe Napster is good. When asked about the issue, Tim Maloof responded "This is good-- spread the word my son. We are almost finished with our full length album-- it is very tasty."
