Notes to the rental rates

Booking Deposit of 25%, Balance payable 8 weeks before commencement of rental. Damages deposit of £150 payable with balance - this will be refunded within 7 days of the end of the rental period, assuming no substantial damage has been incurred.

If the booking is cancelled before 8 weeks to departure then deposit is lost, within 8 weeks of departure, the whole balance is lost.

Flights/Travelling cost not included.

In order to prepare for the next visitors we must ask you to vacate the house by 10.00 hrs on your day of departure.

we cannot guarantee that properties will be available until 13:30 hrs. These are flexible
