Here is a little bit about the program that Gloria runs:
There is no money involved. There is a group of volunteers who sort the
stamps and fill the requests of the VA patients all around the country.
Patients pay nothing for the stamps which are donated by people like you and
me. My by-mail post card club has been very diligent in sending me stamps
for the Veteran's program and we recently won an Appreciation Award. I've
been doing this for over 10 years and know stamps are greatly appreciated by
all the patients. Doctors agree, it is great therapy for bed ridden and
semi-ambulatory patients.

I have already sent a bunch of stamps to help the VA Patients. I feel this is better then
