The mist was rolling in
and I so wanted to drive down my Grandma's lane and see how it looked, how the places of my childhood, where I was safe, could be metamorphasized by this mystifying fog.

I don't cope well with other cars these days
With sadness wrapped around the edges I drove
but I was happy
it was beautiful
And I wish I could've kept a copy of the portrait
It was not bad.
