Normie:
Reborn

At the junkyard, Normie looked pretty sad. But Dad and I hauled him home and began the operation.

Surgery begins by pulling Normie's frame out to release and then remove the hood. With an assesmeent of the damage, Dad and I hit up boneyards across Ohio looking for 1990 Honda Civics, preferably white, but you can't win them all. We were able to find replacements for the hood, fender, various washer bottles, trim pieces, cruise control, radiator, air conditioner, and even the completely managled headlight bracket.

A few weeks of work, an alignment, and a paint job later, Normie is back on the streets. Given a second chance to be his third-generation namesake.
