Rules and Guidelines

General ML Rules

1. Posting. As expected, all posts are supposed to be Jubei/Kazuki or Kazuki/Jubei related. Promoting other pairings is restricted in this ML not unless it is entirely necessary as in the case of fan fictions.

2. OT or out of topic posts. These are allowed provided that it's not too much. If these kinds of discussions need to be tackled further, it wouldn't hurt much to continue it using your personal/private mails.

3. Flooding Inboxes. There are instances where one may need to reply through tons of mails at a time and this is entirely normal. But please let us consider those members who are receiving individual/digest mails that would also receive mails not concerning them anymore. I firmly suggest that if this happens in your case, as much as possible, please try to compress your replies into one topic.

4. Personal Discussions. This is entirely not advisable in this mailing list. We are all provided with our personal e-mails so let us not disturb and/or broadcast our personal dealings.

5. Flames and arguments. One of the goals of this group is to make new friendships and not to make enemies. Let us respect each other's perspective/views and if you really itch for some action, please refrain from disseminating this childish act in the ML.

6. Announcements. Announcements are fine provided that they are GetBackers and JxK/KxJ related.

7. Spamming. Please find another ML to spam on. This is not the place for your useless advertisements.

8. Replying. As much as possible, when replying, please do not repost the entire thing as it may contribute to the space we are using. Of course we want this ML to last for a year or so with the space allotted to us.

9. Poll Making. Everyone is entitled to the right of making polls provided that is it GetBackers or JxK/KxJ related. But as much as possible, please let it cater the interest of the entire group.

10. Uploading Files. Like in the polls, everyone is entitled to this right but please make sure that there is only one folder for one member.

11. Bookmarks. If you are to promote your site or that of other people, please make sure that it is GetBackers or JxK/KxJ related.

 

Fan Fiction Rules

1. Posting fan fictions is highly advisable and most welcomed. Provided of course that it is Jubei/Kazuki or Kazuki/Jubei.

2. For every fiction post, please indicate in the title the standard [FIC] so that members would know that it is indeed a fan fiction. For lemon fics, please do not forget to include in the title something like this: [FIC - NC-17, Lemon] or any sort of warning. Let us remember that not all members of the ML are open to this type of explicit relationship though we all share the same love for a yaoi pairing.

3. For all fics, the following are supposed to be indicated: Title, Author, Rating, Genre, Disclaimers, Spoilers (if any). If you like to have your personal author's notes, that would do as well and if you could provide a summary for the fans, that would be most welcomed.

4. Plagiarism is absolutely not allowed in this ML as in any other mailing lists.

5. You can help the moderators archive your fics by putting it in the files section using the following path (for One-shot fics): Fan Fiction > Choose - JubeixKazuki or KazukixJubei > One-shot Fictions > Fic Title by Author; (for Multiple Chapter fics): Fan Fiction > Choose - JubeixKazuki/KazukixJubei > Multiple Chapter Fictions > Create your folder name using your fic title (Fic Title by Author) > your fics.

6. If this has not been done and instead in a different way, the moderators will edit them for you, with you, of course being notified.

 

Fan Arts Rules

1. Fan Arts are free to be posted and naturally highly advised.

2. For every fan art post, please indicate in the title [Fan Art]. If it is an explicit picture, please do not forget to put 'lemon' or any sort of warning in the title.

3. Fan Arts also needs some warning, please indicate the following as it applies: Title, Artist and Rating (this is supposed to be there ALWAYS).

4. For uploading your arts, please do so using this path to be found in the files section: Fan Art > Create a folder using your name as artist > Fan Art Title by Artist.

5. If this rule is not accomplished in the ideal way, the moderators will edit them with you being notified of the changes.

 

Miscellaneous Rules

1. A Miscellaneous Folder is being provided to cater the following: Manga Scans and WinAmp Skins. Inside this folder are sub-folders named in those categories. Please feel free to share to us your blessings.

2. About the Photos Section, it is the place to put all of your JubeixKazuki/KazukixJubei pictures and wallpapers.  Please create your own folder but as mentioned, 1 folder per member.

Got that all cleared up and understood?

We do hope that the rules are all crystal clear to everyone because as much as possible we would not like to ban members from the list.  We all want a peaceful and active mailing list with members who know how to abide by the rules.
