Norma having a blast with best friends on the CONSITUTION, cruising around Hawaii. We gals decided to surprise our husbands with a trip and presented them with the tickets on
Christmas Eve at Lois and Wilf's home in Cerritos. Judy made all the arrangements and she did all of the planning and made our trip wonderful. We had Lois and Wilf, Judy and Phil, Lou and Steve, and Louie's sister Ella, and hubby, Jim. There was one more couple with us, Dick and his wife. We did not know Helen and Don who joined us, but they were great and we stayed friends. Our hotel in Oahu was plush...the Hawiaan Regent! Each couple had a suite! lol
My biggest joy was when my girlfriend, Darlene, just popped in at the bar with a big silly grin and her hubby, Dean, in tow. What a surprise! And our trip out to the Fern Grotto, is unforgettable....You just can't reach it by car! lol The road was like Tiajuana, with potholes big enough to lose the whole car, and I made Wilfie stop every few yards to get a picture of some little house I wanted to take! Geeez, we had a lot of fun on that trip!
