and products that enable its customers to issue, use and maintain digital
identities in a secure manner. The Company classifies its products into
two categories, authentication products and identity management products.
The Company's systems and products include software and hardware products
that facilitate the authentication of a user to a network service provider
or database administrator through a number of different personal security
devices, such as a smart card, a token, biometric device, a mobile
telephone or a personal digital assistant. The Company also offers
customers a variety of services, which range from advanced customer
