| Active Link Communications, Inc. intends to provide project management
and national systems integration to Fortune 2000 companies and other large
organizations in the mobile computing and wireless data market. The
Company was historically engaged in the marketing of voice communications
products. In late 2001, the Company merged with Mobility Concepts, Inc.
(Mobility). As a result of the merger, Active Link has undergone a
strategic realignment of its business model into the mobile computing
industry and disposed of its voice communications units. The primary
target customers will be those that are poised for significant growth
and/or will experience significant productivity gains from mobile
computing and wireless solutions. |
