services that enable the development and delivery of three-dimensional
(3-D) content over the Internet and intranets. Its comprehensive software
platform is comprised of three principal components: its proprietary 3-D
world server software, which the Company licenses under the names
uniserver for larger applications and galaxerver for smaller applications;
a 3-D browser, and development-authoring tools. Its Active Worlds
technology allows it and other users to create objects and structures in
