| Alternative Technology Resources, Inc. (ATR) has developed and is
operating an exchange for healthcare services (the Healthcare Exchange).
The purpose of the Healthcare Exchange is to utilize the Internet and
other technologies to facilitate provider-initiated discounts and
administrative, billing and remittance services for all commercial lines
of business in the healthcare industry. The Healthcare Exchange offers a
direct and efficient conduit between providers and purchasers of
healthcare services and/or their agents, such as preferred provider
organizations (PPOs). |
