The American Education Corporation is primarily engaged in the
development and marketing of educational software to elementary, middle
and secondary schools, adult literacy centers and vocational, junior and
community colleges. The Company develops software for Windows, Macintosh,
Unix and Linux operating systems. Its revenues are primarily derived from
the sale of its principal product family, the A+dvanced Learning System
(A+), which is a comprehensive courseware offering developed by the
Company. The Company publishes, under its various A+ brands, 147 separate
software titles with approximately another 40 titles in revision or
