suite of security software for companies in the e-commerce, security and
workflow sectors of the information technology industry internationally.
Technology consulting services are the Company's primary business. The
Company's customers, including the customers of its majority-owned
subsidiaries, WRDC Ltd. (WRDC) and Logsys Solutions Limited (Logsys), are
global corporations and local and central government bodies that require
expert advice and guidance on the implementation of their information
systems, and the resources to carry out those implementations. The
Company's customers include financial services, telecommunications,
manufacturing, information technology and health organizations and various
