entertainment software. The Company publishes titles for interactive
entertainment hardware platforms, such as Sony's PlayStation and
PlayStation 2, Nintendo's GameCube, N64, Game Boy Color and Game Boy
Advance, portable handheld devices manufactured by Palm and Handspring,
and for personal computers (PCs). The Company is developing and plans to
publish titles for Microsoft's Xbox. The Company licenses properties from
a wide variety of sources and publishes titles based on the motion
picture, sports and television properties of its licensors. Bam! has
entered into strategic license arrangements with entertainment and media
companies that have developed characters and brands and that are producing
properties that are expected to form the basis of some of its future
