second major business redirection. Beginning in November 2000, the Company
focused its efforts on exploring a potential business combination with
ConvergenceHealth.com, Inc., a privately held corporation that has
developed interactive Web-based resources designed to assist people in
making healthy lifestyle decisions informed by exposure to alternative and
preventative, as well as traditional healthcare options. In January 2002,
the Company entered into a merger agreement with Convergence. Its
operations following the Convergence merger will be conducted solely
through Convergence. |
