| Braintech, Inc. is a high tech development company, developing advanced
video recognition software. The Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries:
Braintech Canada, Inc., which carries out the Company's research and
development activities, and its sales activities; and Brainware Systems
Inc., which functions as the holder of the Brainware Systems name and has
no active operations. Braintech's Vision-Guided Robotic (VGR) technologies
give industrial robots the "eyes" to handle and assemble parts
with a high degree of consistent quality and productivity. Braintech's
scientific capabilities, engineering expertise and commitment to support
have been embedded in the Company's VGR development system called
eVisionFactory, which provides the means for rapid application
development, operation and remote support over the Internet. |
