professional services. Application management services consist of hosting
and managing services for a suite of tier one applications. The
application suite that the Company hosts and manages is designed to
provide its customers enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer
relationship management (CRM) and e-business capabilities, as well as
industry-specific applications. In addition, Corio's professional
services, which include initial implementation and ongoing support
services, are provided its professional services personnel and by
