Internet. The Company's technology platform allows it to provide a suite
of electronic commerce services, including Web commerce development and

integration to physical fulfillment and customer service. The Company also
provides analytical marketing and merchandising services to assist clients
in increasing Web page view traffic to, and sales through, their Web
commerce systems. Digital River's Software and Digital Commerce Services
Division serves the software and digital products market, and its
E-Business Services Division serves manufacturers, distributors and
