services for insurance companies, third-party claims administrators (TPA)
and self-insured automobile fleet management companies. The Company
accepts assignment of claims from its customers, and provides vehicle
repairs through a network of body and glass repair shops. eAutoclaims.com
also handles estimate, audit and claims administration services for claims
for which the Company does not perform the repair. The Company has
established a nationwide network of over 3,000 automotive repair shops and
5,500 glass shops. The Company derives its revenues by accepting
assignments of auto repair claims from its customers and having them
repaired through its network of contracted body and glass repair shops. |
