Company is an Internet service provider (ISP) to the forest and wood
products industry. Its Website includes information and advertising
relating to forest and logging, wood processing and logs and lumber and
wood products. In January 2000, the Company acquired The Forest Industry
Online Inc. (Forest) in a reverse takeover. Pursuant to the takeover, in
February 2000, it changed its name to Forestindustry.com, Inc. Prior to
its acquisition of Forest, the Company was inactive. |
