financing. The Company actively markets its services in Europe, Asia and
the Middle East. Prior to June 2001, the Company was involved in the
business of developing, marketing and distributing proprietary vitamins,
nutritional skin care and similar products under the trade name Endless
Youth Products. This health-related business was discontinued and sold in
