| Greystone Digital Technology, Inc. (Greystone), as of August 6, 2002,
has closed all operations and ceased offering any of the software products
and supporting engineering services that it had provided to its customers
throughout its existence. The Company has operated as a software
development and systems integration company since the Company commenced
business in 1989. From its founding date the Company concentrated on
development of real-time, interactive, and networked three-dimensional
visual and aural software needed to create and render simulated virtual
environments. The Company offered different applications of its software
along with supporting engineering services to customers in government and
commercial markets. As a development company, Greystone continued to
create new applications but has not been able to make its business grow
sufficiently from sales of its applications and supporting services to
generate self-sustaining positive cash flow from operations. |
