| HomeCom Communications, Inc. (HomeCom) is winding down its operations
and, to the extent possible, sell its remaining assets. HomeCom currently
has one remaining business, its hosting and Website maintenance business,
which the Company had been trying to sell for approximately two years. The
Company is negotiating an agreement to sell substantially all of the
assets of its hosting and Website maintenance business to Tulix Systems,
Inc. If completed, the sale of this business will constitute a sale of
substantially all of its operating assets and will leave the Company
without any operating business with which to generate revenues or profits.
The Company has not yet entered into a definitive agreement with Tulix
regarding the sale. |
