| ImagicTV Inc. develops and licenses infrastructure software products and
provides related services that enable telephone companies and other
service providers to deliver multi-channel digital television and
interactive media services to subscribers' televisions and personal
computers over a broadband or high-speed communications network. The
Company's software is designed to work in conjunction with industry
standard third-party hardware and software. Service providers can
implement its software in conjunction with industry standard third-party
hardware and software over existing copper phone lines using xDSL
technology, including ADSL and various broadband access technologies such
as fiber-to-the-home and broadband wireless technologies. Customers
include incumbent local exchange carriers and other telephony providers.
The Company also offers its products and services to providers of
broadband transmission services such as power and utility companies and
