text chat, Web callback requests and voice-over-net calls. The Company
sells its products into three distinct markets: call (or contact) centers,
enterprises and service providers. Using its software, Interactive's end
user customers are able to replace a variety of traditional devices, such
as private branch exchange devices, interactive voice response systems,
automatic call distributors, voice mail systems, fax servers, call
recorders and computer telephony integration middleware. In addition, the
Company released a product that allows organizations to quickly develop
applications for wireless devices, such as personal digital assistants and
