| International Microcomputer Software Inc. (IMSI) is a developer and
publisher of productivity software in the visual design, graphic design
and other related business applications. The Company acquired and
developed graphic and design software products including TurboCAD,
FloorPlan 3D, MasterClips, FormTool and Hijaak. In 1998, IMSI acquired
Zedcor, Inc., an Internet provider of clipart, photos and other graphics
content. This content was licensed to customers via subscriptions to its
Website, ArtToday.com. Zedcor was subsequently renamed ArtToday.com, Inc.
In 2001, the Company acquired Keynomics from Digital Creative Development
Corporation, which focused on productivity enhancement software. Keynomics
provides ergonomic and keyboard training for worker-enhanced safety,
productivity and ergonomic compliance improvements through its proprietary
software system, the KeySoft Performance System. |
